2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court made in in Crl.O.P(MD).No.525 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
