Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling the records of the 1st and 3rd respondents ie., the Director of Employment and Training in his Oo.V.2/6839/2020 dt. 10.08.2020 and communicated by the District Employment Officer, Sivagangai in his A1/3362/2019 dt. 29.08.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to disburse the Encashment of Leave Salary, Special Provident Fund and General Provident Fund of the Petitioner, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this court.
