ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to comply the order in pursuant to direction forwarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai, in C.M.P.No.1942 of 2022, dated 05.09.2022. 1/3

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the basis of the order that has been passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkotai in CMP Mo.1942 of 2022 dated 05.09.2022, the case in Crime No.60 of 2023 has been registered dated 07.03.2023 against 14 persons.

3. With the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
