Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.RAMESH, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. It is submitted by the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the earlier condition imposed by this court, regularly. He further submitted that investigation is completed and final report also filed before the Magistrate concerned.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered accordingly.
