O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to include the offence TNPPDL Act in Crime No.201 of 2014, dated 02.09.2014 and investigate the matter in accordance with law and file a charge sheet.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.201 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the respondent No.2 laid the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.11 of 2016.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
