This Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court to Direct the I Additional and Sessions Court for PCR Cases, Thanjavur to accept the petitioner surrender in connection with Crime No. 842 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent and consider her bail application on the same day in accordance with law.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. C.Senthil Murugan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R.Siva Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

surrender of the petitioner before the learned I Additional and Sessions Court for PCR Cases, Thanjavur, as ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.13806 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16719 of 2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
