ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 114, 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.816 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State. 3.On 19.01.2015, this Court passed the following order: "Today, on behalf of the counsel on record, representation is made for adjournment. There was no representation on 23.12.2014. Hence, post the matter under the caption "for orders" on 22.01.2015". 4.Today, the matter is posted under the caption "for orders". When the matter was taken up, there is no representation for the petitioners. It is seen that this is the second application for anticipatory bail and the first application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18725 on 19.11.2014 by a well considered order.

5.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons were doing unauthorised chit business and they collected around Rs.80,000/- from various subscribers and have cheated them. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.Taking into consideration the gravity of the allegations against the petitioners and further this is the second application for anticipatory bail and there is no change in fact circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
