Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2782 of 2021 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is neither the complainant, nor the accused and he is no way connected with the Crime No.1751 of 2020, on the file of the second respondent police.

3.Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
