RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 12.12.2022 made in Crl.MP(MD)No.15438 of 2022 in Crl.OP (MD)No.18950 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL MURUGAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.15438 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18950 of 2022, dated 12.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and final report was filed before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.15438 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18950 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai on 20.02.2023 and thereafter, appear before the Court, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
