Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.23245 of 2022, dated 05.01.2023. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and the same is yet to be taken on file. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 23245 of 2022, dated 05.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.
