PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif Court, Melur, Madurai District to dispose the suit in O.S.No.73 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur, Madurai District within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. For Petitioners : Mr.R.Murugan

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Melur, Madurai District to dispose the suit in O.S.No.73 of 2020 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that O.S.No.73 of 2020 is filed in the year 2020 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Since the suit in O.S.No.73 of 2020 is for bare injunction and also filed in the year 2020, the learned District Munsif, Melur, Madurai District, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.73 of 2020 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
