RESPONDENTS/PETITIONERS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to cancel the Anticipatory Bail to the 2nd and 3rd respondents granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 14596 of 2015 dated 01.02.2016 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to arrest them within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.THIRUVARUTSELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRL.SIDE) for R1, Mr.M.KARTHIKEYAVEKATACHALAPATHY, Advocate for R2 and R3, the court made the following order:- Heard Mr.Thiruvarutselvan, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.
2 It is seen that this court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14596 of 2015 on 01.02.2016, to cancel which the present application has been filed by the de-facto complainant. 3 When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed
and the final report has also been filed by the police before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai for the offence under Sections294 and 506(i) of I.P.C.
4 Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the final report, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to cancel the anticipatory bail already granted. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
