Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.A.EBENEZER, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent NO.1 and MR.R.BOOMIRAJAN, Advocate for the Respondent No.2 the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.
