This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to further investigate into the matter on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2020 and file a charge sheet, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completion of investigation, the second respondent filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance as C.C.No.135 of 2019, before the Judicial Magistrate No.I Court, Pudukottai. 3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
