RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Prayer in CRL OP(MD) No.22421 of 2015:- This Petition filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to grant direction, directing the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kovilpatti to complete the trial expeditiously in SC.No.181/2014 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER: This petition is coming on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 08/11/2017 and the letter received from the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kovilpatti, in D.No.495/18 dated 23.02.2018 and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.Lakshmi Gopinath, Advocate for the Petitioners, and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order:- "By letter, dated 23.02.2018 addressed to the Additional Registrar General, the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kovilpatti has requested further time of three months to dispose of the S.C.No.181 of 2014.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 08.11.2017".
