ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.63 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(i) IPC.

, Section 4 of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, and Section 3(i) (a), 3(1) (r), 3(1)(s), 3 (1) (v) of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act 2015, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners are directed to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Special Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and apply for bail. The jurisdictional Special Court is directed to accept the petitioners' surrender and also consider and pass orders on their bail application on the same day.

3.This petition is disposed of accordingly.
