The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners were summoned by the Respondents 1 to 3. Therefore, they had filed this Petition seeking direction against the Respondents 2 and 3 not to harass them.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Respondents 2 and 3, would submit that a case had been registered with the third Respondent in Crime No.5 of 2024. The Petitioners are arrayed as accused in the said FIR.

3.In the light of the reported ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SSC 1 and considering the fact that the case involves the provisions of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, this Court cannot issue any directions against the Respondents 1 to 3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
