To allow the appeal and to set aside conviction and sentence passed by the Learned II Additional District Judge for CBI Cases at Madurai in C.C.No.8 of 2011 on 27.09.2021.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.U.MANOGAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.L.VICTORIA GOWRI, Assistant Solicitor General on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders passed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.8926 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD).No.446 of 2021, dated 28.10.2021.
2. The petitioner counsel would submit that the petitioner is a practising Advocate and he is not in a position to appear before the trial Court as ordered by this Court.

3. The learned ASIG appearing for the respondent Police would submit that they are having office at New Delhi and hence the direction may be issued to appear before the office of the respondent Police.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent office situated at New Delhi on the first working day of alternative months until further orders.
