ORDER

The petitioner seeks the limited relief of a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 11.12.2024. 2.In view of considering the scope of the writ petition, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal with the consent of parties. 3.The petitioner has applied for patta on 26.08.2024. Since there have been no steps taken by the respondents, the petitioner has sent representations to the respondents on 04.10.2024 and 04.11.2024 and finally to the second respondent on 11.12.2024. According to the petitioner, without any valid reason, the respondents are not conducting an enquiry and passing orders on the petitioner's application for re-issuance of patta.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that the application has been made by the petitioner online and the same would be taken up in due course.

5.Considering that the petitioner has applied on 26.08.2024, the second respondent shall dispose of the said application of the writ petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
