..Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.69 of 2014 on the file of the fifth respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent or fourth respondent for complete the investigation after including section 304(A) of IPC within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court. This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.69 of 2014 on the file of the fifth respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent or fourth respondent to complete the investigation after including section 304(A) of IPC.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that already the case in Crime No.69 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police has been closed as Action Dropped on 01.05.2018 3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of RCS to the petitioner.
