ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that no representation was received from the present petitioner.

3.In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the said representation, the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders based on findings and on merits, after giving notice notice to the private respondents.
