This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's Objection Petition vide Receipt No.10979/2025 dated 29.08.2025.

2.When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, final order has been passed on 29.01.2026. Therefore, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 29.01.2026, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
