Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.CHANDRASEKARN, Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent in both the petitions and petitioner not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- It is seen that the petitioner is not willing to conduct the case and seeking several adjournments.
