Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 4993/ 2017 in CRL RC(MD) No.468 of 2017: To grant exemption to the petitioner from surrender before the Learned District Sessions Court, Sivagangai in Crl.A.No.31/2013 dated 08/01/2016 and thus render Justice.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.CHANDRASEKARN, Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent in both the petitions and petitioner not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- It is seen that the petitioner is not willing to conduct the case and seeking several adjournments. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Crl.MP(MD) Nos.4992 and 4993 of 2017 are dismissed for non prosecution. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
