2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.14992 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17012 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. This petition is ordered accordingly.
