(CRIME NO.26 OF 2021). RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions of the bail in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.166 of 2022 dated 06/01/2022 as to petitioner No.3/ Accused No.4 from production of suretees and release her on bail on own bond. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JOHN VINCENT.A., Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.R.

SURESHKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the third petitioner is aged about 80 years and she is suffering from various ailments and she is not in a position to travel to Court and to comply the conditions. Therefore, she prayed that the condition imposed on the petitioner to be modified and pray for extension of the time granted by this Court, for her surrender before the Court. 2.The prosecution has no serious objections.

this Court that the petitioner has to appear before the Court once in a week is deleted. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Court as and when required.
