ORDER
The petitioner approaches this Court praying to direct the 1st respondent to give suitable direction to the 2nd respondent by not to harass the petitioner and her family on the basis of his representation dated 28.10.2015.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.S.Prabha, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that neither a case nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner on the file of the second respondent police. Adding further she would submit that only 107 proceedings is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer. Therefore, there is no harassment at all against the petitioner by the respondent police.
