ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2019 for the offences under Section 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic and Substances Act in Crime No.107 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that Act 14, 1982 has been invoked against the petitioner. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
