M. P. No. 745 of 2015 in Crl. O. P. No. 23317 of 2015 dated 28.01.2016 forthwith and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.PALANIVELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified as follows:

"The petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I. Nagercoil, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the charge sheet is filed."
