2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners herein. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), since the prayer sought for in these petitions has become infructuous, the same stand dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
