This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.1391 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Trichy.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that during pendency of this petition, the case in C.C.No.1391 of 2020 was disposed of on 22.04.2022.

3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
