2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to give paper publication (substituted service) in any one of the News Paper, having circulation in Tiruchirapalli District mentioning the date of hearing as 04.04.2018. Paper publication shall be effected on or before 30.03.2018.
