PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the respondents to find out the petitioner's son namely P.Prabhakaran S/o. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to find out the petitioner's son namely, P.Prabhakaran S/o. Palanisamy, aged about 19 years.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police completed the investigation and on production of the boy, closed the same as 'action dropped'.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
