PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned first information report in Crime No.160 of 2020 dated 24.11.2020 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC and Section 3(11)(a) of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioners as illegal.

ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.160 of 2020 dated 24.11.2020 on the file of the first respondent. 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that a chargesheet was filed and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.6 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since the chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
