ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No. 17 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the case in P.R.C.No. 17 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri has been committed to the concerned Sessions Court in S.C.No.586 of 2018 and the trial has also been commenced.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. However, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Court below is dispensed with, except the dates of hearing, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

which, the concerned Additional Sessions Court insisted upon the petitioner to appear before the Court.
