JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by N.SENTHILKUMAR, J.] The appellant is a third party to the Writ Petition, who is a devotee of the third respondent Temple. The third respondent is none other than the appellant in W.A.(MD)No.755 of 2021, wherein, the order of the Writ Court in W.P.(MD)No. 2337 of 2021, allowing the first respondent to continue as Poojari, was challenged.

2.As a detailed order was passed in W.A(MD)No.755 of 2021 and as the present Writ Appeal is also the subject matter of the said Writ Appeal, no separate order is required in the present Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the present Writ Appeal is disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.A(MD)No.755 of 2021. No costs.

3.C.M.P.(MD)No.3186 of 2021 has been filed to implead the petitioner, Rajalingam, who is the devotee of the Temple, contending that the first respondent herein had indulged in several unethical practice of poojariship and he suppressed the fact of enquiry being conducted against his illegal and irregular activities and after due enquiry conducted on 22.02.2020 and on 10.11.2020, the delinquent, V.Manikandan, was terminated and the order of removal was passed. 4.The present petitioner wanted to implead himself as party respondent in the Writ Appeal to appraise the facts of the case as against the Writ Petitioner, V.Manikandan. As a detailed order has been in W.A(MD)No.755 of 2021, the present impleading application is not necessary and same is closed. 5.Connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
