Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.24515, 24514 and 24513 of 2015 vide its order dated 23.02.2016 (in all petitions) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner in all petitions and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the Respondents in all petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified as follows:
