ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to complete investigation in FIR No.152 of 2022 on the file of the respondent within stipulated time and to submit final report, within a time frame. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for herein, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent Police completed the investigation and already filed the final report and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.22 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
