PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the records, pursuant to the impugned order of the fifth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/1562/2021, dated 14.09.2021 and the order passed by the sixth respondent in TR No.2021/0103/14/192552TR, dated 18.12.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 4 to 6 to restore the patta in patta No.804, which stands in the name of the respondents 9 & 10.

An order passed by the sixth respondent in TR No. 2021/0103/14/192552TR, dated 18.12.2021 for change of patta for certain lands in Periyamanjuveli Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District is under challenge in this writ petition. 2.Today(15.10.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
