3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.15 of 2023 before the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam.

CRL MP(MD) No.2484 of 2023 4.Considering the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before concerned Court on 27.02.2023 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the court.
