This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.190 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police station. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent would submit that the investigation is over and the respondent police is yet to file the charge sheet and since, because of the pendency of this criminal original petition, they did not file any charge sheet.

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that since the entire investigation has already been completed, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in Crime No.190 of 2014 and this petition is liable to be dismissed.
