RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition totally imposed by this Honourabe Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5420 of 2017 dated 19.04.2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MOHAMED YUSUF, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner was charged for the offences under Sections 498 (A), 406, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act in Crime No.12 of 2017.

2. This Court by order, dated 19.04.2017, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required.
