ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Eranial to dispose the petition in DVOP No.3 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Eranial. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit the case is under trial.

3. Hence, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Eranial to dispose of the case, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
