This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District to expedite the trial and dispose the same on merits in C.C.No.225 of 2020, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.225 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
