The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submits that based on the complaint of the third respondent, the second respondent had registered a case in Crime No.27 of 2023 on 01.02.2023 and the same was closed.
