2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level, Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.284 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
