ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.02.2023. 1/4

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was treated as a petition and subsequently enquired and the same was closed on compromise and the parties had undertaken to move the Civil Court, if any dispute in future.

3. In view thereof, the grant of police protection at this juncture does not arise. If at all there is any conflict in future, as per the order of the civil Court, the parties are entitled to move for police protection.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
