CRIME NO. 154 OF 2017 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 21.03.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3207 of 2017 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 08.05.2017 (A1 to A3) and 17.04.2017 (A4 and A5) respectively and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow the petition:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the petition is allowed to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 am for a period eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 03/07/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
