ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.21280 of 2024, dated 05.12.2024, for surrender and to file a petition for recalling the non bailable warrant before the concerned Court.

2. Mr.K.Dinesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners were not in a position to comply the order passed by this Court and hence, 1/3

the petitioners could not able to surrender before the concerned Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and file a petition for recalling the non bailable warrant before the concerned Court.

3. Heard Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and with a view to give an opportunity to the petitioners, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 26.02.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21280 of 2024, dated 05.12.2024.
