RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3652/2017 dated 03/04/2017 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KA.RAAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is not complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering above said fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Aid Services Authority, attached to this Bench. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
