This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2026 and pass an order restraining the respondents from putting up shed in the highways road blocking access to the subject matter of schedule property.

2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents are trying to put up a shed in front of the property belonging to the petitioner, which would affect his access to his property. In this regard, the petitioner had already made a representation to the respondents on 23.01.2026. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.
4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
